Licensed Professional Counselor License# 37PC00863200

Lindsey is a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who supports individuals navigating trauma, life transitions, and mood challenges. She believes healing happens in relationships in spaces where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported.

Holistic Evidence Based Approach

Lindsey integrates evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Mindfulness-based approaches, and Compassion Focused Therapy, alongside brain-based, trauma-informed modalities such as Brainspotting and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping). Her goal is to create a collaborative space where meaningful, lasting change can unfold at a pace that feels right for you helping your nervous system feel lighter, steadier, and more at peace.

Outside of her clinical work, Lindsey values keeping her own nervous system at ease through adventure and connection. She enjoys skiing, ATVing, snowmobiling, and playing tennis, and cherishes meaningful time spent with loved ones — especially by the water.
